I included in the starting page the entry Job announcements that links to a special page that can be edited by any member of the project. (S)he has to login (upper right corner) the wiki with

  username: member
  password: network

To edit click on pencil icon on the right side. When finished click to Save (left bottom).

Please try to enter your announcement.

with best wishes, Vlado

Dear Ernst,

in the list of activities on our COST website, is there a possibility for job offers (post doc positions)? I have been asked here and there. I don't know if it would make sense, i.e. would the right people read it?

Best, Iris

Dear Ernst,

I succeeded to install on the server the Dokuwiki. It allows to a user editing its content using a web browser. It is also possible to introduce different types of users and restrict their actions. The link is
https://costnet.webhosting.rug.nl/dokuwiki
I created you as a power user - able to edit everything. You should received a mail with

  username: ernst
  paswword: *****

I also created a Generic Member

  username: member
  password: network

that is allowed to read everything, but can edit only inside Notes and its subdirectories.

I still have some problems with Galleries. It seems that something is wrong with the PHP library libGD (producing tumbnails). What do you think about this solution?

with best wishes, Vlado
