====== Accommodation ======

If you request funding, please wait with booking the hotel until you have received an official COST invitation confirming your funding. This will occur in the last week of November 2019.

Price list:

  * Full board in double room = 62,00 EUR / person. / night (min. 2 people in the room)!
  * Full board in single room = 104,00 EUR / person. / night
  * Extra lunch + break (for guests in surrounding accommodations): 20 € per person per day

The rates are per person per night and include overnight with full board, VAT, parking, WIFI.
 
Surcharge for tourist tax = 3.13 EUR / person / night.

To make reservations easier, the hotel prepared online reservations for you through their reservation system. Reservations can only be made with code: COSTNET2020. The minimum stay is 2 nights.
  
Reservations are already open. Access is: [[http://www.hotel-ribno.si/en/hotel-ribno/accomodation|hotel Ribno]]. Then choose your stay and then the window will open with NO availability; only you can enter by entering the code (COSTNET2020) in the upper right corner.
 
The offer is designed in Slovene and English language with terms of cancellation costs and 50% advance payment.
 
The reservations are open and will be open to capacity availability, no later than January 31, 2020 !
