Many thanks for your responses. This concludes the virtual MC meeting of the COST Action CA15109 COSTNET (called by email on 21 April 2017). We have decided the following things:

  * FINLAND: We have approved Finland's request to join the Action. 
  * NEW WG MEMBERS: We approve the people that are mentioned below in the 2 attachments to join the various Working Groups of the Action. 
  * BUDGET 2017-2018: We have approved the budget for 2017-2018 with three activities
    * Action conference in Palma de Mallorca in October.
    * Early career training event in London in June.
    * Industry Sandpit meeting in Oxford in February.
Furthermore an additional 20 STSM are budgeted.

Dear all,

I would hereby like to call for a MC meeting by email to decide a number of things:

  * FINLAND: We have received a request from Finland to join the Action. Given that the request has arrived later than a year after the award, we have to approve it in the MC. I propose to approve Finland's request.
  * NEW WG MEMBERS: We have received a number of requests from people to join the various Working Groups. You can find the requests in the attachment. I propose to accept the requests.
  * BUDGET 2017-2018: I have drawn up a budget for 2017-2018 with three activities
    * Action conference in Palma de Mallorca in October.
    * Early career training event in London in June.
    * Industry Sandpit meeting in Oxford in February.
Furthermore an additional 20 STSM are budgeted. The hope is we can afford even more than those. 

I propose to approve the budget.
